We are looking for a VP of Technology and Product that will be accountable for leading Technology and Product initiatives, ensuring alignment with our core values, and contributing to our mission. In this role, you will be cultivating a culture of forward-thinking and innovation, and pushing the boundaries in the realm of healthcare payments. The successful candidate must possess exceptional leadership skills, and strong strategic thinking, with the ability to align technology and product strategies with overall business objectives. The responsibilities of the VP of Technology and Product include, and are not limited to:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology and product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead the technology and product teams, providing clear direction, mentoring, and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the
  organization.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements and ensure smooth product development and release cycles.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, validate product concepts, and make data-driven decisions.
• Define and maintain the technology architecture and infrastructure roadmap, ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of our systems.
•  Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to support business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experiences.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Build and nurture a high-performing technology and product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent, providing mentorship and growth opportunities to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure technology and product initiatives adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Implement robust security measures and protocols to safeguard customer data and protect against cybersecurity threats.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize potential business disruptions.

• 10+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within the fintech or health-tech industry.
• Understanding of the financial services, banking systems, and regulatory landscape within the fintech or healthcare sector.
• Expertise in developing technology strategies, product management, project delivery, and navigating the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience guiding cross-functional teams, overseeing complex projects, and delivering impactful technology solutions.
• Track record of driving innovation and successfully implementing transformative technology initiatives.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities and exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and influential engagement with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging technologies relevant to fintech.
• Expertise in Scrum and Agile is a must.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
