We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that will be accountable for defining and executing our product strategy, executing our product roadmap, fostering innovation, and delivering top-notch products that meet customer demands, and fuel business expansion. The responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager include, and are not limited to:

• Develop and communicate a cohesive product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Effectively lead and oversee technology projects, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive the product development process from ideation to launch to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Implement agile project management methodologies and techniques to facilitate efficient project execution and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor product performance, analyze critical metrics, and iterate on features and functionality to enhance user experience, increase product adoption, and drive optimal results.

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and senior management, to foster effective collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare comprehensive project status updates, progress reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and transparency throughout the project.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs in order to drive product innovation and sustain a competitive advantage.

•  8+ years of project management experience, specifically in overseeing complex technology projects and employing agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in thriving in a dynamic startup environment, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with working in a fast-paced and innovative setting.
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to effectively translate market trends and customer insights into actionable product strategies.
• Experience in employing agile product development methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to employ a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
